  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (100g)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (65g)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (90g) – optional

  2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated and brown sugars until combined.

  4. In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold this mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
