  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cover chicken breasts with chicken broth. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer for 20–25 minutes until cooked. Remove chicken and let cool.
  2. Shred the cooled chicken using two forks.
  3. In the same pot, add minced garlic to the leftover broth and simmer briefly.
  4. Whisk eggs and lemon juice in a bowl. Gradually mix in hot broth while whisking continuously to temper eggs.
  5. Pour egg-lemon mixture into the pot while stirring gently. Add shredded chicken and stir to combine.
  6. Remove from heat; garnish with dill or parsley before serving warm.
