  • 14 oz canned diced fire-roasted tomatoes

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
