  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 fresh sage leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. 2. Boil salted water in a large pot; add gnocchi and cook until they float (about 2-3 minutes). Drain.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, half the mozzarella and Parmesan, chopped sage, salt, and pepper.
