  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients by chopping garlic and rinsing spinach.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Crumble in the Italian sausage and cook until browned (5–7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
