  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion and chopped celery until softened, about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, sautéed vegetables, chopped cranberries, breadcrumbs, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
