  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently fold until just combined.
  5. Fold in diced apples until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon batter into muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before glazing.
