  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 2 tbsp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Let rest and slice into strips.
  2. While chicken rests, wash and dry romaine lettuce; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together Caesar dressing and lemon juice.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sliced chicken, romaine lettuce, dressing mixture, and Parmesan cheese; toss gently to coat.
  5. Lay each tortilla flat; spoon chicken mixture onto one side. Fold edges inward and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Serve immediately or store for later.
