  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  2. Boil salted water in a pot and cook linguine until al dente according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about one minute. Stir in soy sauce and lemon juice; simmer for another minute.
  4. Toss cooked linguine into the skillet with the sauce. Add reserved pasta water gradually until desired consistency is reached.
