  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water (flax egg)

  1. Prepare the flax egg by mixing flaxseed meal with water in a small bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until thickened.
  2. In a blender, combine bananas, oats, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, and the flax egg. Blend until smooth.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour a quarter cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (2-3 minutes).
