  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract until combined, then fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, sprinkle half of the chopped pecans on top, then repeat layers finishing with pecans.
  4. Warm corn syrup in a saucepan and drizzle over the top layer of pecans.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
