  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup fresh lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried)
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add lobster and shrimp to the sauce; cook until shrimp are pink (about 3–4 minutes). Season with salt, pepper, and basil.
  4. Spread a thin layer of sauce in the baking dish. Layer noodles followed by ricotta, then seafood mixture. Repeat layers two more times.
  5. Finish with noodles topped with remaining sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  6. Cover with foil; bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
