  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tsp Sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, and paprika. Mix well.
  3. Toss the shrimp in the dry mixture until evenly coated. Shake off excess flour.
