  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 4 large dill pickles, thick-cut
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and pat dry the dill pickles with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, another with beaten eggs, and a third with seasoned breadcrumbs mixed with cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
  3. Coat each pickle slice in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
