  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix sliced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
