  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ⅔ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ⅓ cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla until well combined.
  3. Gently fold sliced bananas into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the banana mixture.
  5. Pour filling over cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
