  • 6 cups sturdy tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 lb cooked ground beef or chicken
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup sliced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a Bundt pan with nonstick spray.
