  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked (6-8 minutes per side). Let cool and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce and half of the mozzarella cheese until well-coated.
  4. 4. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Optionally toss in flour for added texture.
  5. 5. Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, then half of the chicken mixture. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
  6. 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before flipping onto a serving plate.
