  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 6 strips thick-cut bacon
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chicken breasts in olive oil until cooked through (about 6-7 minutes per side), then shred.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy; drain on paper towels and chop into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, and half the cheese until combined.
  5. Cut slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the baking dish. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each bun half and top with remaining cheese before placing on the top halves.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the slider tops. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
