Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips (about 340g)
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips (about 170g)
  • 1 cup chopped mixed nuts (about 150g)
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or apricots (about 150g)
  • ¼ cup festive sprinkles (about 40g)

Instructions

  1. Melt the Dark Chocolate: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat dark chocolate chips in 30-second increments until fully melted, stirring in between.
  2. Spread the Base: Pour melted dark chocolate onto the lined baking sheet, spreading it evenly into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  3. Add White Chocolate: Melt white chocolate chips using the same method. Drizzle over the dark chocolate and swirl with a toothpick for an artistic touch.
  4. Sprinkle on Toppings: Evenly distribute chopped nuts and dried fruit over the melted chocolate mixture, gently pressing them down to adhere.
  5. Chill Until Firm: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set and firm to touch.
  6. Break Apart and Serve: Remove from refrigerator and break into pieces. Serve on a festive platter or package as gifts.
