  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
