  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish with butter.
  2. Slice the potatoes uniformly thin using a mandoline or sharp knife.
