  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Season the beef roast generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear the roast on all sides for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  4. In a bowl, mix cranberries, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
