  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb lean ground beef (80/20)
  • 2 jalapeños, diced (adjust to taste)
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

Instructions
