Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar (divided)
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup eggnog (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to create crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar while mixing. Incorporate sour cream, one egg at a time, then add eggnog, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until creamy and smooth.
  3. Pour filling over crust in springform pan and tap gently to release air bubbles.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Turn off oven and cool cheesecake inside for one hour with door ajar.
  5. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
