  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder (for coating)

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or microwave until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggnog, nutmeg, and vanilla extract. Slowly pour this mixture into the melted white chocolate while stirring to create a smooth ganache.
  3. Cover and refrigerate the mixture for about 2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  4. Use a small cookie scoop to portion out the mixture and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  5. Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until fully coated.
  6. Chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet for another 30 minutes before serving.
