  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven.
  2. Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness and transfer to parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the dough.
  4. Evenly distribute fresh spinach leaves on top of the ricotta layer. Add dollops of roasted garlic.
