Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix honey (or maple syrup), eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in melted coconut oil or butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently; avoid overmixing. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
