Korean BBQ Meatballs are a flavor-packed delight that perfectly blend sweet, savory, and spicy notes in every bite.   • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef or pork, garlic, green onions, breadcrumbs, and egg until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into tablespoon-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil for the glaze.
  5. Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes; brush with sauce halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve garnished with remaining sauce and additional green onions.
