  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake chicken for 25-30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. Meanwhile, bring water to boil in a pot and blanch broccoli for 3-4 minutes until bright green; drain and set aside.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute). Stir in heavy cream and chicken broth.
  5. Once the sauce thickens slightly, add Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt and pepper.
