  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs (skin-on)
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, Dijon mustard, black pepper, and thyme until well combined.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Arrange marinated chicken thighs skin-side up in the prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Brush reserved marinade over each thigh and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  6. Serve hot with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
