  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tsp Mexican seasoning blend
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking dish with nonstick spray.
