  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup heavy cream (whipped)
  • 6 Ferrero Rocher chocolates (chopped)
  • 8 Oreo cookies (crushed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and eggs until smooth. Gradually mix in melted butter.
  3. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. While cooling, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold in crushed Oreos and chopped Ferrero Rocher.
  5. Once the cake cools slightly, turn it out onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel. Spread the filling evenly and roll it up using the towel for support.
  6. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour before slicing and serving.
