  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, divided
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the base by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping.
  3. Stir in half of the chopped pecans into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, drizzle with caramel sauce, then add another layer of graham crackers.
  5. Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture, caramel sauce, and top with leftover pecans.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving.
