  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 lb gnocchi (store-bought)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
  • 8 fresh sage leaves (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper over medium heat until creamy. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese and chopped sage.
