  • 2 sheets puff pastry (thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries (washed)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg (beaten for wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each heart cutout and add raspberries on top.
  5. Seal with another heart cutout, pressing edges gently, and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.
