  • 2 cups day-old breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh thyme
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté onions, celery, and carrots until soft. Add herbs and breadcrumbs; mix well. Gradually pour in chicken broth until the stuffing is moist but not soggy.
