  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove stems; finely chop the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped stems, Parmesan cheese, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
