Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round sourdough loaf (about 1 lb)
  • 1 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup scallops, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 green onions (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the top off the bread loaf and scoop out the inside, leaving enough crust to form a bowl. Set aside the removed bread.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic in olive oil for about one minute. Add shrimp, crab meat, and scallops; cook until just opaque (about 4 minutes).
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, chopped green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth then fold in the cooked seafood.
  5. Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread bowl. Place on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and heated through. Serve hot.
