  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade and shake off excess; arrange on the wire rack.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
