  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (for tzatziki)
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, parsley, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined without overmixing.
  3. Shape the mixture into one-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
