  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
