  • 1 cup phyllo dough, thawed
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 green bell peppers, halved

  • Seasonings (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wrap each mini hot dog in strips of phyllo dough and brush with melted butter. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; season as desired and transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Slice green bell peppers in half, remove seeds, and arrange them on a platter.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the phyllo is golden brown.
