  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
