  • 2 cups cannellini beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: chop the onion, mince the garlic, and rinse the beans.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, and sear for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
