  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers)
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
