  • 12 square wonton wrappers
  • 2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
  • ½ cup sweet chili sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until smooth.
  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
