  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg, Baileys Irish Cream, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

  5. Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
