  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, chopped

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear the beef chunks until browned on all sides. Season with salt and pepper.
