  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 3-4 minutes until softened; drain and cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  4. Spoon about two tablespoons of filling onto each cabbage leaf; fold sides over and roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
